We recently had to replace our AC system, and I feel confident that everything was installed correctly and that we won't have any issues with this system.

We first had Ura come out to diagnose our broken AC. He was very professional and took the time to explain everything to us in detail. We were struggling to decide whether it made more sense to repair or replace the system, so the owner personally took a call with us to walk through our options and give us his honest professional opinion. At no point did I feel like he was trying to sell us something or pressure us into a decision. His advice was based on knowledge and what he genuinely felt was best for our situation.

We then had Shiar and James install the new unit, and they did a fantastic job. The installation was completed much more quickly than I expected, and everything was handled professionally from start to finish.

I highly recommend this company. Cutting corners often ends up costing more in the long run, and I never felt like that was a concern here. It's clear they take pride in their work, and we felt like we were in very good hands throughout the entire process.

Big shout out to Gary. Frank and Casey for working so hard to get our system up and running today Feels like temp on this sunny June day is 105, and these guys were out in the hot sun, the hotter attic, and unconditioned interior space and stayed professional and friendly. Cannot thank them enough for this hard but necessary work. Appreciate Comfort Authority to work through corrective work and being so responsive and professional.

Excellent annual preventive maintenance visit. Very pleased with this company. Been with them for 5 years. 10 year parts and Labor is well Worth it. Not that it breaks much at all. Quality unit from a quality company.

June 2026...Alyssa from Comfort Authority did some maintenance on one of my AC units and she took her time explaining everything to me and answering my questions...very happy with this Company and the professionalism of their employees. Good people!

I've used Comfort Authority for over 5 years now. They have installed air conditioning units in 3 different homes for me, and they always do an excellent job. They are not the cheapest, but they always provide exceptional customer service. They leave everything cleaner than when they got there. One of their employees, Peter B., has come out to do maintenance on our units on multiple occasions, and he is exceptional. He installed a mini-split in a challenging location that nobody else could, and he did a fantastic job. Glenn and Sean have assisted Peter in servicing our units and they are just as professional. Highly recommend!!!
