So very grateful my neighbor recommended The Comfort Authority! From the moment I called and spoke with Gabriel I was comfortable with my decision. She was very friendly and knowledgeable; I could hear her beautiful smile through the phone. The very next day James came out. What a pleasure to meet him. Also very friendly and knowledgeable. A very comfortable person you could envision being your neighbor. He was very honest and provided us the pros and cons of repair verses a new unit. Once we agreed on a new unit, before we knew it Derek was at our door! Another wonderful human, very personable and comfortable to be around. He went over our options, we went with the surge protectors, the air purifying system and of course that amazing 10 yr warranty for parts and services. Both men were very friendly, did not feel like just some random strangers in our home trying to make a sale. Then, installation day came. Peter & Ren YOU ROCK!!! They were both so respectful putting on shoe booties, laying down tarps. Ren even brought in my Amazon delivery package from outside for me; talk about above and beyond! They worked together great and were very efficient. I needed a new slab, the drainage line outside fixed, they did it all. They even cleaned around where the new A/C was installed inside. I am very pleased with the service I received from beginning to end! Honestly, everyone I had the pleasure of working with deserves a gold star and I hope the company works to continue to keep such a fine staff. It's a beautiful thing when you find a company that feels like family. Thank you!!!

Gage came out for my maintenance and did a Fantastic job!!! Very friendly and efficient! The hard working young man even worked on his birthday! Thank you for being a wonderful company that hires quality employees!

Luis was fully knowledgeable, professional, and competent. He kept me updated on everything he was doing to locate the problem. He provided a printout of my options for repair or replacement. He was very thorough in his analysis and very personable. The Comfort Authority seems to be in a league above.

Gage was on point as he entered my home he immediately noticed the noise from the A/C unit. Gage investigated the unit he could find the source of the noise, and after searching he called he manager for some advice. Gage thanks for the rock solid customer service.

Comfort Authority came out the same morning I called. Luis, the technician, did a complete diagnostic of our AC unit and then made several recommendations with options that he explained to our satisfaction. We chose one, and he finished with documentation (photos) of what he had done. We were happy with the patient, thorough, clean and pleasant service!

Old system was too expensive to repair. The techs that performed the replacement worked hard all day to get it completed. Installation has worked flawlessly!

7/13/2026: Our AC system continues to work flawlessly and will be up for its annual maintenance soon.

Regarding their plumbing services, they recently worked closely with my 94 YO mom to resolve a daunting plumbing issue. We very much appreciate the way they worked with us and got the problem resolved. A lift station and toilet had to be replaced. Rocco, Sam, Frank, and James were especially helpful and great to work with.
