AC Drain System Maintenance Your Annual maintenance will include cleaning your AC system internal drain pan, flushing water through it with a vacuum hooked to the drainpipe outside (if accessible), and then install a product to help inhibit bacterial growth in your AC internal drain pan. We will also add an enzyme designed to help prevent bacterial growth in your home’s drainpipes used to drain the water away from your AC! Clogged drainpipes are the number one reason for AC system shut-downs in Florida.

Well, here I am again with another review! My trust and confidence in The Comfort Authority was already solid, but today it went over the moon after today's service call from Peter Bates! There was a small but recurring issue with condensation flow on my A/C unit and Peter solved it completely. His diagnostic and problem-solving skills are masterful! (The last AC person that came out said “That’s not my job!”) The float switch was broken on my unit, but Chase demonstrated how it was not working, so I could see what the problem was with my own eyes.
