Today (12/3/24) Luis came out to check my AC system which is a free service included if you sign up for their $25/mo. Premium Membership. He was very professional, friendly and thorough during his visit. He reviewed/documented everything he did and did a great job cleaning the unit and drip line. I would highly recommend this company and Luis to anyone looking for a reliable AC service!

This was an exceptional great experience with Comfort Authority. Luis their service technician,. without a doubt, is the best I’ve ever encounter. He was professional annd friendly. And, i could see that he took pride in his work. He did not rush, he was thorough and explained everything he was doing and why. He is an asset to the company.
