5.21.25 This is the second time Luis has been out for our yearly service and yet again he was absolutely amazing. Not only with his stellar professionalism but really that he took the time to explain everything he was doing, along with giving us preventative tips to keep the problem from recurring. 5 stars for Comfort Authority with additional props to Sydney who was super timely and beyond helpful in dispatch, keeping us informed the whole way.

Seth and Raymond were great - absolutely helped me fix a few things and went above and beyond by changing my 11 foot high ceiling filters!

Glenn was my tech and he went above and beyond to perform our annual maintenance while our home is being rebuilt after the hurricanes. Outstanding customer serivice!
