Your technician, Raymond, worked proficiently and was knowledgeable in answering my questions . Along with doing the Spring Service he noticed some wire connections that were loose and tightened those. Raymond also made several suggestions to insure longer life of my A/C unit, namely adding a surge protector.

He was easy to talk to, he express confidence in the company's work history in our building and did make us feel pressured to add the add-ons to our overall price. He gave educated responses to all our questions. Our technicians Gary and Ren were professional. They wore shoe covers, and quiet as mouse. I almost forgot we had workers in the house installing a unit! Gary took his time to answer all of my follow up questions and provided details of our air purifier which made me feel secured.
