Technician Seth came to our home late on a Saturday afternoon when the company we have used for 20 years could not be bothered. Can not say enough good things about him! 2025 Update: Comfort Authority continues to provide friendly and great service. Seth was extremely helpful and explained what the problem was and how it was going to be fixed and was patient with all the questions I had. Update. Continue to use Comfort Authority for annual maintenance. Had a bad clog in drain and was able to clean out and gave options for fix. Appreciate the diligence and communication Michael provided. I had an A/C company cancel on me and called Comfort Authority. They were able to come in an hour and diagnose and fix the problem. They were thorough in explaining their process and what needed to be fixed and upfront with the costs beforehand.
