Michael diagnosed why water was in my overflow pan while the A/C was still running on my 1-yr old system. He came the morning after I phoned. His communication skills were exceptional and his manner comforting in the aftermath of Hurricanes Helene and Milton. He respected my property and cleaned up after his work. He analyzed the system, replaced the bad float switches, cleaned out the drain and installed surge protectors. I like how he showed and explained the problems he saw and what could done to fix them. He was also mindful of insurance and warranty claims.

Recently had my AC changed for a new one. The experience was great. All the people envolved were very knowledgeable, professional, honest and patient. Technician Mike, Consultant Derek and Instalers Seth and Ren were awesome. 5 stars.

Top notch service! If HVAC companies were on a dating app, I would swipe right. Professional, timely, respectful of your house, good communication with texts and phone calls. I knew I was going to need to replace my AC after buying my townhome 3 years ago. I initially went with a system check up because it wasn’t running like the beast it used to be (est 2007). Glenn the technician came out and said she needed some work. He kept it real and then I decided to divorce my old one and upgrade to a new younger, prettier, more efficient one. Gary and Uzi came by the next day and swapped the old ex out and now Im living in some vacation temperatures. Also Derek was great and made the whole paperwork process a breeze. I definitely could have gotten it cheaper somewhere else, but so far the quality has been . I’ll add any additional reviews as we live together for the next year.

Fast and friendly service. Seth the service person was very thorough and the quality plus detail-oriented inspection process (including pictures of parts and discussion about ongoing or potential future problems) was not only appreciated but validated the pride they have in their work! Highly recommend.

Eric was great. He inspected my water heater and suggested that I put it on a pedestal to get it off the garage floor. He was courteous and professional like everyone I’ve dealt with at The Comfort Authority.

Comfort Authority has great communication and great employees! Employees are prompt, courteous and knowledgeable! We use Comfort Authority for A/C maintenance and repairs and now plumbing! Eric did a great job explaining his plumbing evaluation!

Eric was extremely professional, took his time to explain what he found, and what needed to be done. He gave us multiple options when it comes to improving our water condition and plumbing condition, including a water softener that we did not feel pressured in having to make a decision today, but definitely recommend Eric and comfort authority to any neighbors or friends.
