Chris and Rick were absolutely amazing! They came to my home for my AC unit and were very friendly and had heat attitudes. They were very knowledgeable about everything and broke everything down in ways that I could understand the issues and solutions. 100% will recommend this company and them to everyone! Just had a regular maintenance inspection with Raymond. He was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. I was rescheduled twice, but they made it right by adding a credit to my account for any needed repairs in the future.

Luis was FANTASTIC! He came out to do maintenance on my AC and was punctual, professional, very kind, and knowledgeable; he explained everything to me in great detail. Trustworthy. He even completed a fix that same day and caught an issue many others in the past had looked over. Jeremy came out for plumbing maintenance same day and was also INCREDIBLE! Similar to Luis, he was super professional, punctual, friendly and very helpful. He explained his recommendations in detail and answered many questions! Highly recommend!

Today, Glenn from The Comfort Authority came to my home to check an issue I was having with my AC unit, which was installed in August last year. He diagnosed the issue quickly, determinining it was a electronic circuit board issue in the guts of the air handler. New board ordered. As has been my experience with The Comfort Authority from the 'get go,' from sales, to install and follow-up service, it has been excellent. Glenn was professional, knowledgeable, and engaging, explaining what was going on. AC still working, cooling...getting the new board will make it more efficient. Thanks Glenn, and Comfort Authority. Glenn also came a few days later, on June 13th with new relay which fixed everything. AC working great! Again, 5 stars for Glenn, because he is a 5 star kind of guy....professional, polite, engaging! Knows his stuff! Again..thanks Glenn and Comfort Authority!
