Mr. Glenn Sanchez Betancourt was our technician today for an emergency service call on our air conditioner. He was extremely responsive, answering the call after work hours. His professionalism and expertise were exemplary in every aspect. He was thorough in his assessment, staying focused on the needed repairs and avoiding the sales pitch that everyone typically gets from an emergency AC repair call. I used Google to check the pricing of his repairs and he was on par especially given the responsiveness and his efforts to keep us apprised of the specifics of the repair. This company will be our first call from this point forward.

Luis came to our home today after contacting The comfort Authority, He diagnosed the issue explained my options and completed the repair while keeping me informed of the progress and taking pictures along the way. Thanks Luis, excellent work!

Today was my first experience with The Comfort Authority. There was no emergency, just a routine maintenance service check. Great communication from the HQ on appt scheduling, Great professional service by the technician (Austin). He found and removed a big wasp nest that had been built inside the compressor housing near the electronics. My unit is 8yrs old but operating excellent and he didn't try to scare me into buying a new system. He did however provide some good options to consider should something go bad, but otherwise I may have 2-10 more good years with this unit. I will use them again.

I have been very pleased with my experiences with the comfort authority over the past 3 years. Last night (Friday) my AC quit on me, of course there was a heat wave on Saturday. Thankfully, a tech (Rick) came out and got us back up and running - sparing us the sauna effect. Rick was fantastic, explained everything to me and was incredibly patient while I wrangled my barking monsters 🐶 🐶

Awesome company and Excellent Service!! They helped our old system until it died and Eric and Ren were amazing while they installed our new A/C unit. Derek also did an excellent job helping us find the right unit within our budget. 10/10 would recommend.
