Great experience with the installation team (shirt, Gary & James). Three hard working guys that never took a break over the 6 hour installation. Clean, professional and took the time to explain everything they were doing and about the new HVAC system.

I’ve struggled to cool my house ever since I bought it. I got a new A/C and it still was warm. I tried everything else from new windows, extra insulation, and a roof vent. Finally decided to get a second opinion and called the Comfort Authority. They found that my original A/C company missed something on their installation that cause me years of misery. Have nothing but positive things to say about TCA. I will recommend them to all!! Update: Had Glenn Sanchez come out for a fan issue. Arrived quickly and did a great job!

My experience with The Comfort Authority was nothing but positive from beginning to end. My AC unit was unusually loud after a year and a half of moving into my new home. As a first-time homeowner, I was unsure who to call but after reading so many positive reviews on this company, I gave them a call and I'm glad I did! Luis came out to inspect my AC unit and perform general maintenance. He was thorough and showed me exactly what was wrong with my unit. He explained my options from replacing parts, replacing the outdoor unit or replacing the outdoor and indoor unit. After exploring my options, I decided to replace the whole unit. Luis got me in touch with Gerri. Gerri came out about an hour later and explained the entire AC installation process as well as financing options, add ons and the benefits of each. Not once did I feel I was being pushed or swayed to make a decision. Gerri gave me his professional opinion but ultimately left it to me to decide. The next day, the installers Gary and Chris showed up to put in my new outdoor and indoor unit. They were efficient and took great care of my property in the process. After installation, they explained the new system to me and demonstrated how to use the new thermostat they put in. Everyone was extremely polite and professional. I will continue to use this company for all my HVAC and plumbing needs!
