I had scheduled an annual maintenance. Scheduling was easy and informative. When the tech arrived, he went through all aspects of the system and explained several areas while performing maintenance. I ended up signing up for their maintenance program.

Update 8/1/26: I’ve been contemplating whether the subscription was worth it. Since I started the service, I’ve had to replace the coil on a new A/C $2-3K and replaced the converter. The mini-split also stopped and it’s newer than the main A/C. They couldn’t figure out what’s wrong with it without charging me $2K to troubleshoot which is the cost of the original unit. Recently, the main A/C stopped working and they sent Alyssa Lopez to look at it. She did a great job walking me through the troubleshooting and quickly identified the issue, and for once, it wasn’t going to cost me anything to resolve. She triple checked that it wasn’t anything else (which it wasn’t). She saw some readings that may be flags for a potential issue that may come up. At the end of the day, she’s the reason why I may keep the subscription going. I liked her attitude and she didn’t seem like a new tech , unlike the last tech who didn’t know their way around a mini-split.

Had them perform the annual maintenance on my HVAC units. The job they did was A+ professional work. Technician explained everything in detail and offered up ideas to make the units run more efficiently. The best part was that it was not presented in a "Let me sell you something" manner. I would highly recommend anyone needing HVAC work done to contact them. For all future maintenance checkups and repairs, I know exactly whom I'm going to call, The Comfort Authority!!!

The Technician Ura was great!

Ura Shone provided outstanding service during my recent air conditioning appointment with The Comfort Authority. He was extremely professional, punctual, and respectful throughout the entire visit. What impressed me most was his extensive knowledge—he clearly explained the issue, walked me through my options, and made sure I fully understood the work being done.

I’ve worked with HVAC companies for years through my house flips, and I’ve had three different HVAC companies inspect my new home. I have to give Glen a lot of credit he was by far the most knowledgeable technician I’ve dealt with.

The other companies didn’t inspect even 10% of what Glen checked. His attention to detail was on another level. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the entire system, explain what he was looking at, answer all of my questions, and make sure I understood everything. It’s rare to find someone with that level of expertise, professionalism, and genuine care. I would highly recommend Glen to anyone looking for an honest and exceptionally knowledgeable HVAC technician.

Luis called me and he was Actually early. Luis showed me step-by-step what he was doing to maximise my heating and cooling system.

I have saved so much money on my electric bills due to this new system that was put in several years ago. This was such a great company this is such a great company ended has reparable Working for it.
