Wanted to add to this previous review that Ura does an amazing job! He's a friendly, honest guy that explains things thoroughly. He was out recently to help with an issue and was able to resolve it quickly. Had Glenn out and then Chase for a separate issue. Both did a great job in explaining the problem and my options moving forward. They were able to get the repairs completed same day and AC working. Thanks Glenn and Chase! Alexis also does a great job keeping you updated when you can expect a technician.

I’ve been with Comfort Authority almost 6 years now. I pay a little bit every month for peace of mind that if anything goes wrong I’ll get priority service. I called Sunday, got returned call Monday morning to schedule service. Since AC was out, got same day visit. Luis, the technician, was terrific. He explained what he was doing, and diagnosed non-working thermostat. I sprung for UV light replacement as it was also near end of life. Top-notch service from a reputable and professional organization. Comfort Authority is recommended vendor in my condo association for a reason.
