Alyssa provided excellent service. She accommodated my difficult schedule, showed up on time, diagnose the problem with my air-conditioning system and provide me with the available options. Furthermore, she went to the trouble to track down the warranty for this unit and found out that the parts were covered, saving me quite a bit of money. And if that were not enough, she is a terrific person and pleasant to work with.

The Comfort Authority has been our ‘go-to’ contractor of choice for maintenance now for 4 years. Our 14 year old Trane unit finally reached the end of it’s operational lifespan yesterday.

TCA got us a quote, financing and installation in less than 24 hours. The new unit outperforms the old. We are delighted.

I’m adding to this review regarding new work dated 12.11.2024

The Comfort Authority really helped me out with a ventilation piping issue in a massive on-going renovation.

Peter, the team lead is articulate, highly intelligent and a great craftsman. He and I communicated effectively regarding numerous technical and code issues throughout the installation. The installation was challenging. The work is perfect.

Luis was our AC guy that came to our home? First off he was very professional, kind, and friendly.
