Got my annual AC service by Chase P last week. He went through my entire system to make sure it was functioning correctly and even though it is 12 years old, he assured me that it's in good shape. The communication was on point! Chase and the customer service team (Rachael and Josh) were so helpful. I'll definitely have them back out next year. 🙂 Update: Chase came back out for another checkup because we were having some issues with our heat! Our ac was super old so we elected to have a new one installed to avoid problems this summer. Derek was great in helping us get set up for the install and the install team (Seth and Ren) were great as well. They got the job done quickly, cleaned up after themselves, and left us with a nice cool new ac 😊 thanks everyone! Update: We had our AC that The Comfort Authority installed a couple years ago serviced by Alyssa and I loved the communication and her thoroughness. Thank you for keeping my system perfect!

I can't begin to express my appreciation and thanks to two employees: Alyssa was the tech who conducted my maintenance service. She was exceptional when explaining system requirements. She spoke in my language, not so technical that I could easily understand precisely what she discovered. I would request her on any service or maintenance visit in the future! Also, Kayle did a fantadtic job of working with me on scheduling, changes, etc. She was always so kind and exhibited ecellent customer service skills! Both of these employees deserve many kudos AND I certainly would highly recommend a significant bonus or increase. B9th were so pleasant and accommodating! On a scale of 0 to 10, both receive a 10 from me !! Great employees and very well versed in their professions!! Thank you so very much!

Glen, was a rock star. He was thorough and professional in his service performance, he named, explained, and demonstrated exactly what was needed to keep my AC unit operational, and remained until he was absolutely positive that my unit was flushing correctly. That's five star customer service. I also would like to thank Josh the service manager for his assistance in making it happen.

The Technician Eric was excellent. He took his time and meticulously went through my AC and performed proper maintenance

2026 update:They continue to provide the best customer service. They are prompt, communicate with transparency and willing to work with you top notch technicians and service!! 2025 Update: Comfort Authority continues to provide friendly and great service. Seth was extremely helpful and explained what the problem was and how it was going to be fixed and was patient with all the questions I had. Update. Continue to use Comfort Authority for annual maintenance. Had a bad clog in drain and was able to clean out and gave options for fix. Appreciate the diligence and communication Michael provided. I had an A/C company cancel on me and called Comfort Authority. They were able to come in an hour and diagnose and fix the problem. They were thorough in explaining their process and what needed to be fixed and upfront with the costs beforehand.

Updating my prior review from a couple of years ago... I'm still using The Comfort Authority and still recommend them! Just had some plumbing work done by Sam and Will, as well as some AC maintenance by Tison. All 3 were super professional and courteous. Communication was great with the office/scheduling as well. Original review: Have used Comfort Authority several times over the years and always a good experience. Communication prior to the appointment was great, and Raymond was amazing… very knowledgeable, personable, walked me through everything, and went above and beyond to help me out. Great company, highly recommended!!

I purchased a new 4 ton Air-conditioning unit from the Comfort Authority in 2025. The whole project went smoothly. Their technician Gage has been excellent. Following up with me even a year later for check up maintenance. I highly Recommend them 100%. I have used other companies in the past and their warranties aways have a catch like a high trip charge. The Comfort Authority is the best. Ask for Gage, he will take good care of you.
