Today, Glenn from The Comfort Authority came to my home to check an issue I was having with my AC unit, which was installed in August last year. He diagnosed the issue quickly, determinining it was a electronic circuit board issue in the guts of the air handler. New board ordered. As has been my experience with The Comfort Authority from the 'get go,' from sales, to install and follow-up service, it has been excellent.
