Well, here I am again with another review! My trust and confidence in The Comfort Authority was already solid, but today it went over the moon after today's service call from Peter Bates! There was a small but recurring issue with condensation flow on my A/C unit and Peter solved it completely. His diagnostic and problem-solving skills are masterful! I'm back again for another review. If you're searching for the best HVAC provider, look no further than The Comfort Authority: they are the A-Team you want! Gary Clark and Cameron masterfully installed a brand-new system for me. They encountered several challenges fitting the indoor handler into a very cramped space -- but they succeeded without having to cut into my drywall. Thanks also to Chase who, on an earlier maintenance visit, showed me exactly where the problems were with my 10-year-old unit. I could see with my own eyes what was broken. I was given an estimate for repairs, compared to the cost of a new system. The choice was clear. A special shout-out goes to Gary, Cameron and Chase, though everyone I've encountered at The Comfort Authority has been a real pleasure to work with!

After researching reviews, including the Better Business Authority, I had my AC unit get a tune-up and repaired with The Comfort Authority, and I am SO impressed! When I called, Beverly (friendly and professional), promptly got me scheduled first thing in the morning the next day. She even called the next morning to let me know the ETA of the service technician. Chase showed up right on time and I can honestly say I can’t remember experiencing such exemplary customer service! Chase was considerate, professional, COVID-safe, tidy, and obviously expert and knowledgeable. He explained everything in advance (without “mansplaining”), so there were no surprises!
The whole process was completely transparent. He tested everything, from the electrical components to coolant levels and even cleaned out the pile of rotten leaves in the outdoor unit. (The last AC person that came out said “That’s not my job!”) The float switch was broken on my unit, but Chase demonstrated how it was not working, so I could see what the problem was with my own eyes. Talk about building trust! The final bill was more than fair and affordable. I’ll definitely keep The Comfort Authority for the future!

Ura was absolutely fantastic. He came to my house, quickly identified exactly what needed fixing, and took care of it efficiently and professionally. We used them for a second opinion after another company we needed to spend $3500 on a new compressor. Chris was great and was able to fix the issue without needing to replace any parts. We will definitely be using Comfort Authority in the future!

Luis was my tech and this is the third time I had him for hvac service.
I like that he got here and quickly fixed my hvac so I don’t have to go a night without heating during this cold snap.
He was able to quickly isolate and replace the control board that had failed and got the system up and running.
He did a very thorough walkthrough of the unit with me and clearly articulated issues my hvac unit was having in a non technical way that i could understand.
