Had the waste pipe from my washer brought up to date. Very knowledgeable, friendly. Was glad to see that they take care in their craftsmanship, Frank Garcia, army vet, was the gentleman who came out took care of me and my family. Very impressed with how frank explained everything and made it easy for my marine brain to comprehend what was going on and kept me informed during the whole process. Straight shooter, will definitely keep frank and the guys at comfort authority in my arsenal of good ol boys to call when something in my dinosaur of a home decides I need to spend some money. Keep up the good work Frank!

Fantastic service! my technician (god bless him because I cannot remember his name) was super fantastic! He was efficient, quick, and thorough with our annual maintenance for our HVAC. Explained everything so even an idiot like me could understand what the good, bad, and the ugly was!

This company was first rate. My system went down over a weekend. I contacted them Monday and got a quote. Derek sat down with me and went over all the details. He represented it perfectly and we had the system installed by Tuesday. The work was done incredibly well and efficient by Gary Clark and his team. They made sure not to rush and did not leave until everything was executed in the correct manner. The home inspector today verified the work and everything is working to an optimum level. I could not recommend this company more for the professionalism and quality of workmanship. Gary was fantastic and explained everything at the very end and made sure the system was working at a top level before he left the house. Thank you so much Comfort Authority...I will be sharing with my friends and family.
