This company was first rate. My system went down over a weekend. I contacted them Monday and got a quote. Derek sat down with me and went over all the details. He represented it perfectly and we had the system installed by Tuesday. The work was done incredibly well and efficient by Gary Clark and his team. They made sure not to rush and did not leave until everything was executed in the correct manner. The home inspector today verified the work and everything is working to an optimum level. I could not recommend this company more for the professionalism and quality of workmanship. Gary was fantastic and explained everything at the very end and made sure the system was working at a top level before he left the house. Alyssa of the Comfort Authority-Tampa conducted an annual hvac inspection on june 2. She showed me videos of the maintenance performed and gave 3 reasonable options for additional work needed. Alyssa is very professional and friendly. I recommend her work very highly.

Problems with your a/c never happen when there’s pleasant weather….. This morning, I woke up to 78 degrees in my house. I called the Comfort Authority because I knew they did a lot of work in my neighborhood and the technician, Darian, was at my home before 11:00am. He was very professional and respectful, took care of the repair and service - and my house is cooling! Very happy!
