Even though we could not afford the requested service, Peyton and Comfort Authority deserve a good rating for providing a positive experience. Kayla, with customer service, reached out immediately to schedule an appointment. She followed up with texts. Peyton, the technician, arrived on time and was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. We requested a new spigot for the backyard, as well as replacements for old ones. He did a careful assessment of our plumbing and property. He explained the work details and gave us an estimate. The cost exceeded our budget, so he offered alternative options, which we also had to decline. Even so, we felt he was honest.
