Phenomenal Service from Alyssa and James!

I had an absolutely amazing experience with The Comfort Authority today! My HVAC technician, Alyssa Lopez, was incredibly thorough during our annual system check-up. I had recently dealt with a backed-up AC drain line, and Alyssa went completely above and beyond to evaluate the entire system. She walked me through every step, checking the outdoor components, electrical wiring, and the indoor system. She even noticed a small leak around my supply plenum and took care of it right then and there—resealing and applying mastic to insulate it better as a total courtesy. To make sure I wouldn't have any more issues, she flushed the drain line out with hot water and added a pan and drain treatment so it flows perfectly. Alyssa is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and transparent.
On top of that, James Farley, the plumber, did an equally spectacular job taking care of our home's plumbing systems. He performed a meticulous, top-to-bottom inspection of all our lines, fixtures, and valves to ensure everything is operating at peak performance. He spent extra time performing a full tune-up on our water heater, carefully flushing it out to clear out sediment and keep it running safely and efficiently. Both Alyssa and James are true professionals who took the time to educate me about my home rather than just trying to upsell me. I am so grateful for their hard work, friendliness, and total dedication to quality. I highly recommend them both and will absolutely be calling them back

Always very professional and they take the time to make sure that I understand how the A/C system is working and I understand anything that needs to be done to the air handler or condenser. Rick, Gabrielle, Mike, and James have all been great, and I definitely recommend them.

I'm updating this review in 2026. I've been a client of The Comfort Authority for 9 years now, and they're still as great as they were in the beginning. They schedule appointments quickly, they follow up with you, they're friendly, they explain everything they're doing. If you're looking for someone you can rely on year after year, I highly recommend them.

The Comfort Authority has always sent honest technicians. Glenn and Alyssa were professional and friendly. They both explained the process and physically showed us what was going on with our air conditioning units. They offer products, but aren’t pushy, just informative.

I had a great plumbing inspection and scheduled our tech (I forget his name, but he was awesome) to come out and change out a fitting and pipe to our water heater. He was super punctual, respectful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend comfort authority for AC and plumbing!!

I signed up for their annual service when they saved my butt in the summer. These guys are awesome, super friendly and knowledgeable. Tison came out for my normal annual service and got everything running top notch.

We've been using The Comfort Authority since we moved to Florida 4 years ago and really enjoy working with them. They are honest, fair, and make every effort to help assess what's best for the HVAC unit. Today we had our annual maintenance and our tech Tison was amazing! I really liked his approach, he explained things to me in a way that made sense and was really thorough in servicing our unit.
