My entire ac system was dysfunctional and it was 90 degrees outside. I called Comfort Authority and they sent Luis out right away. He diagnosed the problem and had me up and running within an hour and a half. I happily signed up for their very reasonable maintenance contract as well. One less worry!

Arthur Vega provided my annual AC Inspection/service. He was very professional and courteous. He explained clearly exactly what he would be doing. Free service call but had to replace the burnt out UV Bulb. Also provided (no pressure) options for later consideration, which was greatly appreciated. I understand Arthur is fairly new to the company...Great asset I think.
