Ura was great! Was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain what he was saying and options. Didn’t feel pressured to do anything. And worked beyond his expected timeframe and I never felt he was bothered or annoyed.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Ura! Our AC motor gave out, and he truly went above and beyond our expectations. He stayed late on a Friday evening and did not stop until the job was completely done. You can immediately tell how passionate he is about his work (and very knowledgeable). He was incredibly thorough, detail-oriented, and took the time to explain everything along the way.
Beyond being an amazing technician, he was also so kind and patient with our baby and family throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find someone who not only cares deeply about their job, but also genuinely cares about the people they are helping. We are so grateful for his hard work, professionalism, and dedication. Thank you, Ura, for turning such a negative situation into such a positive experience!
