Great service, even better people

Big shoutout to the team at The Comfort Authority! We just replaced an aging AC unit with them (thanks to Luis for the initial inspection, Derek for the help with the planning and design, and Gary & Shiar for the smooth install). It’s such a relief knowing we won’t be sweating it out this summer!

They also just started offering plumbing in the last year, which is awesome. James was fantastic—he fixed a bunch of lingering issues we had in one visit. It’s rare to find a company that does both AC and plumbing this well. They’re honest, fair, and they genuinely seem to care about the homeowner as well as their product. Definitely our go-to from now on!
