Valerie Rushing provided my annual Plumbing Inspection. She was very professional and courteous and explained exactly what she would be doing. It was a free service call but I had her replace the gate valve on my water main, which had had wanted to do for a while. Valerie also provided (no pressure) plumbing options for later consideration, which was greatly appreciated.

Ura was fantastic! He walked us through all of our options and helped us make quick decisions. He was smart, courteous, and informative. We enjoyed working with him and the best news is that our home is now cold again! We love Comfort Authority and have been using them for well over 10 years and will continue to do so. We also had them install an entire home air purifier and are excited for how it will help with our health goals. Thank you Comfort Authority!
