Alyssa, was very good. I can tell that she takes pride in her work and had very good things to say about this company and how they care about not only the knowledge they have about a/C's but they are personable and respectful of there clients

Alyssa was sent for regular maintenance on my a/c. She was very professional and friendly and took the appropriate amount of time for the inspection as well as explaining everything in layman’s terms

Tison was very meticulous ,great attention to details. He did very good job ,very efficient . Will definitely ask for him next time

Ura was great! Was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain what he was saying and options. Didn’t feel pressured to do anything. And worked beyond his expected timeframe and I never felt he was bothered or annoyed.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Ura! Our AC motor gave out, and he truly went above and beyond our expectations. He stayed late on a Friday evening and did not stop until the job was completely done. You can immediately tell how passionate he is about his work (and very knowledgeable). He was incredibly thorough, detail-oriented, and took the time to explain everything along the way. Beyond being an amazing technician, he was also so kind and patient with our baby and family throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find someone who not only cares deeply about their job, but also genuinely cares about the people they are helping. We are so grateful for his hard work, professionalism, and dedication.
