Lois Menendez inspected my AC unit this morning. He is a very knowledgeable guy and did need to replace a part of the condenser that needed to be changed as well as change two interior lightbulbs in my attic portion. He showed pictures and explained everything very well. Thank you!! I highly recommend Luis!

The A/C was blowing warm air. I had a different company come out, they said everything was shot, quoted me $13.5k for a new system. I said I needed a 2nd opinion.
I contacted The Comfort Authority. Someone came out the next morning, did a completely different diagnostic and found the problem wasn't anything the other company said. He quickly fixed it and some other things for a few hundred dollars. SO worth it! Glenn S came out and was great. Knew what he was doing. They're my go-to and gave my neighbors in South Tampa their # bc they're having issues as well.

So very grateful my neighbor recommended The Comfort Authority! From the moment I called and spoke with Gabriel I was comfortable with my decision. She was very friendly and knowledgeable; I could hear her beautiful smile through the phone. The very next day James came out. What a pleasure to meet him. Also very friendly and knowledgeable. A very comfortable person you could envision being your neighbor. He was very honest and provided us the pros and cons of repair verses a new unit. Once we agreed on a new unit, before we knew it Derek was at our door! Another wonderful human, very personable and comfortable to be around. He went over our options, we went with the surge protectors, the air purifying system and of course that amazing 10 yr warranty for parts and services. Both men were very friendly, did not feel like just some random strangers in our home trying to make a sale. Then, installation day came. Peter & Ren YOU ROCK!!! They were both so respectful putting on shoe booties, laying down tarps. Ren even brought in my Amazon delivery package from outside for me; talk about above and beyond! They worked together great and were very efficient. I needed a new slab, the drainage line outside fixed, they did it all. They even cleaned around where the new A/C was installed inside. I am very pleased with the service I received from beginning to end! Honestly, everyone I had the pleasure of working with deserves a gold star and I hope the company works to continue to keep such a fine staff. It's a beautiful thing when you find a company that feels like family. Thank you!!!

Gage came out for my maintenance and did a Fantastic job!!! Very friendly and efficient! The hard working young man even worked on his birthday! Thank you for being a wonderful company that hires quality employees!

Luis was fully knowledgeable, professional, and competent. He kept me updated on everything he was doing to locate the problem. He provided a printout of my options for repair or replacement. He was very thorough in his analysis and very personable. The Comfort Authority seems to be in a league above.

Gage was on point as he entered my home he immediately noticed the noise from the A/C unit. Gage investigated the unit he could find the source of the noise, and after searching he called he manager for some advice. Gage thanks for the rock solid customer service.
