It was time for annual maintenance on my Comfort Authority air conditioning system. Luis was the technician who came out. He did a great job.

Chase the service manager came out to examining my unit to figure out why it was making a humming noise. Not knowing that Chase had reached out to the conpany thtat made the unit, and they advised him to adjust the cover and the noise would go away. Chase made the adjustment and no more noise, thank you Comfort Authority. The Comfort Authoriity provides five star service at a reasonable price

Luis M is a very helpful HVAC tech that has come to my house twice and has great hospitality and knowledge! We installed blue lights and he identified a problem in a new build/new unit (installed by a different company) and fixed it for me. If you can request anyone, request Luis!
