Had them perform the annual maintenance on my HVAC units. The job they did was A+ professional work. Technician explained everything in detail and offered up ideas to make the units run more efficiently. The best part was that it was not presented in a "Let me sell you something" manner. Ura Shone provided outstanding service during my recent air conditioning appointment with The Comfort Authority. He was extremely professional, punctual, and respectful throughout the entire visit. What impressed me most was his extensive knowledge—he clearly explained the issue, walked me through my options, and made sure I fully understood the work being done.

I’ve worked with HVAC companies for years through my house flips, and I’ve had three different HVAC companies inspect my new home. I have to give Glen a lot of credit he was by far the most knowledgeable technician I’ve dealt with.

The other companies didn’t inspect even 10% of what Glen checked. His attention to detail was on another level. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the entire system, explain what he was looking at, answer all of my questions, and make sure I understood everything. It’s rare to find someone with that level of expertise, professionalism, and genuine care.
