Glenn and James performed annual a/c and plumbing inspections today. They went over all our systems and gave me a detailed list of recommended improvements without any sales pressure. I can feel confident we’re good ‘til the next visit! Great service as always from The Comfort Authority!

Luis came by today for our annual AC checkup. He is always so professional and thorough. When Luis comes to our house, we can tell that he actually cares. He is very understanding and patient, pointing out areas that need our attention and reviewing options for fixing any issues we have.

As usual, totally professional both for AC and plumbing.

Arthur was very knowledgeable, courteous and discovered, explained and fixed what needed maintenance or repair our AC. We are grateful for his support.

Update (08/26/2026) - Had Luis come over for another scheduled maintenance and I can’t emphasise how easy and effortless he made the whole process. Very thorough, very detailed.

Frank was outstanding and know his stuff , I should had call him first . It’s was about a backflow !
