April 2026: Alyssa came out to perform my annual check-up and maintenance. She was friendly, personable, courteous, and professional. She outlined with a visual chart exactly what she’d be doing, making it clear she’d be happy to answer any questions I had along the way. She did a terrific job completing the list, making some recommendations, and talking a couple things through. Thank you, Alyssa! I appreciate your knowledge (such as clearing up my misunderstanding about capacitors) and service and hope to see you next time.
April 2024: As a Comfort Plan member, I was contacted via text by the office to schedule my annual check-up and maintenance. They were helpful and informative making the process easy. My technician, Eric C., was friendly, personable, and very knowledgeable. He took the time needed to do a thorough inspection and cleaning. He made sure all my questions were answered. I was completely comfortable with him and took his expert advice with confidence. I will request Eric next time for sure. Thank you, Eric!
June 2023: The office staff are very friendly, courteous, and professional. The same is true for my technician, James M. He quickly got to the bottom of an issue I was having as he performed my annual check-up. While doing so, he answered all my questions and gave me some good insight. He then made his recommendations which I followed. His work left me in good shape and put me in a strong position moving forward. Thanks James!
