Prompt and great service. Waived the service fee since it was a quick fix (drain pipe clogged). Showed me how to do it myself next time. ————————————————————————————— 2nd annual checkup went smoothly. The technician educated me on the 10 year old systems condition and recommended replacing 2 converters and provided options. Given the age of the system I opted for replacing both. The bill for the parts and labor were bundled totaling $351 and my guess the majority of the cost is labor and markup. I inquired about a second UV bulb and a reme halo air purifier but those options would have cost $1800 together... in contrast the part cost $382 on amazon and with basic wiring skills makes an easy DIY project. I opted not to have that installed. ————————————————————————————— Glenn came out for my annual service plan. Went through everything and everything checked out on my two units. He was courteous and cognizant of a 30-minute call that I had by working outside around that time. Great service and conversation.

Michael Kennedy was my AC technician. He was understanding of my problem with thermostat not working properly, and returned the next day at no charge to resolve the issue. (I have an older AC, and the Control board needed reprogramming. AC and thermostat now work perfectly. It was a pleasure to work with Michael. I recommend this company highly.
