Five stars for Frank. He came out to quote a water heater issue and was exceptionally respectful and professional. What impressed me most was the level of detail he provided - full summary of findings, multiple options to choose from. He took the time to show me what parts of the job I could handle myself, while clearly explaining what he could do if I wanted a professional touch. Gave me the honest truth and was not trying to pressure me. Intelligent, transparent, and clearly values the customer very the sale. I highly recommend calling Comfort Authority before deciding on another plumber.

Honest, Fair, and Professional We hired The Comfort Authority back in 2022 to install two new air conditioning units, and they have been fantastic to work with ever since. When we were initially getting quotes, some of the numbers we received from other companies were absolutely out of this world. The Comfort Authority not only provided the best price, but more importantly, they were the most upfront and honest about exactly what needed to be done—and what didn’t. Once our one-year warranty period ended, we didn't hesitate to sign up for their annual maintenance plan, and it has been well worth it. Most recently, Gage came out to inspect our units. He was professional, thorough, and did an excellent job. It’s tough in a world where it feels like private equity is taking over and the iPads have to go with every service guy.

Comfort authority had a tight s hedule this Easter weekend, but was able to get Ura out regardless. Ura was very professional, helpful, and thorough. He took the time to explain everything that was wrong and even took a little extra time to verify that the air purifier was working well. Luckily our repair was under warranty and saved is thousand$. Luis, the AC technician was awesome. He took his time and checked everything. After parts were received he came back and finished the job. We were worried it would take a long time to get the parts but it was just a couple of days. Extremely satisfying with Luis and The Comfort Authority. A week later Eric was at our house to check out our plumbing. Again, an excellent experience. Keep up the outstanding service. Thanks Glen just did our annual check on our AC! Another amazing job!!

I’ve been a Comfort Authority customer for about 6 years and my previous review from about 4 yrs ago is attached to this, also a positive experience Everyone who’s ever been to my house has been competent and easy to work with but Ura was amazing. He came out to do yearly maintenance but It turned out that there were a couple of leaks that drained all of the coolant and a repair had to be done. He explained everything to me, gave me options and then arranged it so he could come back and do the repair with Glenn. I had asked if he would be able to come back because I trusted him. He even fixed a painting that wasn’t hanging right in my living room I really can’t say enough good things about Ura. I was very happy and definitely recommend them Prev review from 2021 Chase was the technician who came out today and he was great! He cleaned up vines that were on and near the outside part of the a/c, explained everything to me including pictures he took. Thank you
