I have had many experiences with the Comfort Authority and some of them have been very frustrating. However, unlike many other companies, The Comfort Authority has strives to make up for those particular experiences to make them better. Ultimately they want each and every customer to have a 5 star experience. Whether or not that is actually possible, I can't say for sure. I've only had positive experiences on the phone with them - Whether that be with a representative or with the son or wife of the owner. My experiences with the technicians who have come to my home have all been positive. The main technician, Peter, is an honest person that wants the customer (me) to be happy with the product and services and also wants to make sure that all the details are clarified so that there is no confusion. My unit that was installed by them is and has been running as it should be. Moving forward I feel confident that I can rely on them to properly diagnose and correct any issues I may have.
