The Comfort Authority Story

Luis, the AC technician was awesome. He took his time and checked everything. After parts were received he came back and finished the job. We were worried it would take a long time to get the parts but it was just a couple of days. Extremely satisfying with Luis and The Comfort Authority. A week later Eric was at our house to check out our plumbing. Again, an excellent experience. Keep up the outstanding service. Thanks Glen just did our annual check on our AC! Another amazing job!!

I’ve been a Comfort Authority customer for about 6 years and my previous review from about 4 yrs ago is attached to this, also a positive experience Everyone who’s ever been to my house has been competent and easy to work with but Ura was amazing. He came out to do yearly maintenance but It turned out that there were a couple of leaks that drained all of the coolant and a repair had to be done. He explained everything to me, gave me options and then arranged it so he could come back and do the repair with Glenn. I had asked if he would be able to come back because I trusted him. He even fixed a painting that wasn’t hanging right in my living room I really can’t say enough good things about Ura. I was very happy and definitely recommend them Prev review from 2021 Chase was the technician who came out today and he was great! He cleaned up vines that were on and near the outside part of the a/c, explained everything to me including pictures he took. Thank you

Their customer service is second to none. Everyone from office staff to technicians are extremely professional, informative, and helpful. I have been a member for HVAC and I am now impressed with their plumbing program. Frank Garcia, a veteran and an awfully nice man, came out to fix one of my toilets the same day I called (thank you for your service, Frank). I highly recommend Comfort Authority.

The technician Ura was excellent, fully explaining what he would be doing and showing me details about my two units.. This is the second time he came to fix an issue and’s I had requested him. He did not leave until he fixed the problem and he had to go to my very uncomfortable crawl space to do it. I recommended them highly them . I also added some extra equipment to my system, it was costly but well worth it to for my health. Susan

Glenn was able to quickly diagnose the problem with our unit and reprogram the thermostat for a quick solution. Appreciate the Comfort Authority always being quick and responsive.
