Luis, the technician who came to our house was extremely knowledgeable, extremely patient, and did an excellent job. He explained everything very clearly and provided me with a variety of options at different costs. I would give him 10 stars if the scale permitted it.

Ura Shon was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was very transparent, taking photos before and after and giving me really good advice on My AC system without trying to push services that I didn’t need. I highly recommend!

When I called, Beverly (friendly and professional), promptly got me scheduled first thing in the morning the next day. She even called the next morning to let me know the ETA of the service technician. Chase showed up right on time and I can honestly say I can’t remember experiencing such exemplary customer service! Chase was considerate, professional, COVID-safe, tidy, and obviously expert and knowledgeable. He explained everything in advance (without “mansplaining”), so there were no surprises! The whole process was completely transparent. He tested everything, from the electrical components to coolant levels and even cleaned out the pile of rotten leaves in the outdoor unit. (The last AC person that came out said “That’s not my job!”) The float switch was broken on my unit, but Chase demonstrated how it was not working, so I could see what the problem was with my own eyes.
