The Comfort Authority Story

After multiple poor experiences with other companies, we discovered The Comfort Authority. They actually take care of the customer and I recommend them to everyone. They do good work, they’re honest, and I don't know how they do it, but they are on time pretty much every visit. Glenn came out to service our HVAC and he was excellent and personable.

And for our plumbing, Frank Garcia responded to our call for help with a water heater. Another company had replaced our water heater a year ago under warranty, and came to our home for their annual maintenance last week. Surprisingly, the one-year-old water heater failed right after the visit. Funny how that happened. There's no way I would call that company out to my home after something like that happens. Frank went over the situation, promptly installed the right water heater with a warranty and answered all my questions. It's unfortunate there are so many dishonest actors out there, but it reminded me to keep my Comfort Authority membership and have them service both our HVAC and plumbing. I trust them to do it right.

Companies like this deserve more business. If you are reading this because you are looking to replace your AC servicer or plumber, congratulations, you found a winner. No one else comes close!

Glenn did a great job today

Glenn Sanchez arrived on site at the scheduled appointment time, immediately diagnosed the problem we were experiencing, identified the affected parts, and resolved the issue to our satisfaction. While we expect all service providers to perform to a high standard over time, the Comfort Authority Team makes a concerted effort to maintain or exceed that standard and continually earn our business.

Luis did a wonderful job he explained everything in a way that I could understand easily.

Valerie was amazing! Not only was she professional but she always was very accommodating and quick. I really appreciate the education on what the company offers and now am planning on signing up for the monthly package to reap all the benefits. Thank you so much Valerie, you saved the day!

Cannot recommend The Comfort Authority enough. We had a pipe leak and our assigned technician, Ura, was out to our house the same day. He was extremely thorough, providing us with multiple repair options that fit our price point. He explained everything that was happening, so that I felt like I fully understood the root of the issue and offered several suggestions on how to mitigate future similar issues. I highly recommend!

I recently had a service on my home AC by Glenn and it was another excellent experience. He is courteous and explains the repairs and options, and I feel they go above and beyond for the standard maintenance

Valerie with Comfort Authority helped us with a sluggish kitchen drain line. She cleaned it, used the jettison apparatus and then followed up with a view by camera. All work was completed and invoiced as described. She was knowledgeable, professional and kind. She took her time to do the job. Valerie explained what we should do to maintain the line now that it is clear. I would recommend Comfort Authority.
