I recommend this company to anybody that has even an inkling of worry with their ac unit. Very professional and honest with fair prices. **Update 2021** Since I moved, I had an expert, Chase P. Come out to do a first inspection of the unit and he was very transparent and easy to understand. These guys will take apart the entire system and test everything you can imagine needs to be tested. Love this company and its people - they will not let you or your HVAC system down. **Update 2026** I’ve used this company now for 10 years coming up in a few months. Just had Ura help with some tricky problems and he was kind and transparent the whole way through. These guys will even wear shoe booties when they enter to keep everything clean. I am telling you you will not regret using these guys.

Louis handled work professionally. did not try to upsale services. courteous and knowledgeable.

Alyssa was very thorough in maintaining our ac units-both indoors and out. She explained what she had done and quoted the cost of some things we could do in addition to the regular maintenance. We have never had an ac technician who was so good and thorough!

Alyssa was FANTASTIC! BEST A/C service apt I have ever had. She came out to do maintenance on my AC and was punctual, professional, very kind, and knowledgeable; she explained everything to me in great detail. Trustworthy. She explained her recommendations in detail and answered many questions! Highly recommend!

Glenn came to check out various concerns with the new AC unit. He was professional and helped troubleshoot some things which I appreciated. He made sure things were working properly before he left and gave me his card to reach out with any further questions or concerns. He has come out before and was very knowledgeable and willing to help.

08/20/2025 Adding New Review to Previous Review Below Today we had our annual maintenance and today's technician was Luis. Great guy and very professional and knowledgable! After he preformed his service, he clearly explained what was done and things he saw that might need to be addressed in the future. He made sure we understood everything he explained so we had no questions before he left. He also made sure there was no mess left behind and everything looked like it did before his arrival. We have been with The Comfort Authority for 9 years now and can not say enough good things about them. Owning a home you meet many home service companies and many disappoint. The Comfort Authority is not one of those. This company is a keeper! They are very honest and provide great service! They also stand behind their work. Sept. 2024 Previous Review I think we have been with The Comfort Authority for 8 years. They are a top notch company. Michael Kennedy, our last technician, was great. All the technicians have been great. We have been been very happy with The Comfort Authority.
