The Comfort Authority has always sent honest technicians. Glenn and Alyssa were professional and friendly. They both explained the process and physically showed us what was going on with our air conditioning units. They offer products, but aren’t pushy, just informative.

I had a great plumbing inspection and scheduled our tech (I forget his name, but he was awesome) to come out and change out a fitting and pipe to our water heater. He was super punctual, respectful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend comfort authority for AC and plumbing!!

I signed up for their annual service when they saved my butt in the summer. These guys are awesome, super friendly and knowledgeable. Tison came out for my normal annual service and got everything running top notch.

We've been using The Comfort Authority since we moved to Florida 4 years ago and really enjoy working with them. They are honest, fair, and make every effort to help assess what's best for the HVAC unit. Today we had our annual maintenance and our tech Tison was amazing! I really liked his approach, he explained things to me in a way that made sense and was really thorough in servicing our unit.

We had a great experience with their plumbing team. So we decided to give the AC team a try. Are we glad we did! We were given truly exceptional service. Chase the tech, not only explained everything that was needed to be done in detail, documenting everything with appropriate pictures. His workmanship is as great as exceptional implies. In addition , he has a great personality so working with him was a pleasure. Not to short change the boss, he also understands what customer service means. All around a great find for us! We signed a service contract with them on the spot. Hopefully we will only have to see them for maintenance, but if it is more we will be happy to work with them!!

I’ve been a customer for approximately six years and I’ve never been disappointed, nor do I expect to be disappointed. I’m pretty regular with my maintenance for HVAC and each time a representative comes out to inspect and/or service my unit, I experience professionalism, patience in answering all of my questions & thoroughness in educating me about the system and how it should be working.

For this particular review, I had my annual HVAC and plumbing inspection and maintenance.

I had Chase for my HVAC and James for plumbing. Both of them provided what I believe to be a thorough inspection and maintenance, which included a review of my past history, pictures to show me what requires attention and for record of services provided; we discussed several options to resolve my issues, and they cleaned up behind themselves.

I appreciated their consideration in applying shoe protection in my home. Both individuals were pleasant to work with. I recommend The Comfort Authority.
