Rick Haven an amazing tech. He came to repair one of the AC units. The service was not able to be completed due to parts that need to be ordered. He explained all steps of the issue. He also explained why I should have a monthly service plan. I enrolled. It was a no brainer. He stated that Tuesday Morning or evening the problem will be solved if all go well. I will follow up this review after the issue has been resolved. So far Rick is an A+. Like the other Techs from this company.

Luis took great care of us. He is a very nice, polite young man. He explained everything he was doing while he was doing it. He showed me the leak detector which was unfortunately beeping when placed next to both our units. He worked with me to get me the best price on our repair. We are happy to know he will be coming back when he gets the part to install it. I bought a service plan because I trust this company and will be using them again (when I have to). I definitely recommend them.

*****UPDATING THIS again, with Rick Haven. Another great experience as we close in on a decade of business together. I'm a proud and happy "member" with the business and I rely on them consistently.***** I called with an issue about my A/C unit which is old and on its last legs. The crew was pretty prompt and I had someone out to my house to check things out by the next day. They were professional, courteous, and seemed to really know their stuff. Using some impressive technology they showed me problem spots in the home, areas in the attic that needed immediate attention, and pointed out the downfalls of my current system. I was charged for a new capacitor to get the system up and going and received a comprehensive write-up with various replacement system options within 5 days. When my unit stopped working soon after the crew left, the owner Steve called and offered to refund my Home Warranty service payment and service my system for the next 12 months free-of-charge. That kind of follow-up is what makes this company unique and makes me satisfied with the choice I made.
