I cannot speak highly enough about Luis. He was so friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He gave us an explanation for every thing he was fixing. Luis was very thorough and attended to detail the way others have not. We are very, very happy with his work.

UPDATE: 4/28/2025 (since I cannot write another review) Last week we had a new system put it in, our old one has been limping along the last few years and we are done with it! Between Chris-confirming our issues the week before, Derek-informing us on our options, and Gary & Michael completing the job it was always stellar, competent and thoughtful work from this Team. I would also like to note that we have had numerous Technicians over the years Chase, Peter, Glenn, Rick, and those names that I might have forgotten have always been pleasant and knowledgeable. Great Team to work with!

Chris came to give a maintenance check to our 10 yr old A/C unit. He was extremely thorough and showed us photos of the problem areas and replaced or repaired what was needed.We were very pleased with the work and the fee that was charged We will definitely be using this business in the future.

Gary, Mike and Ren were knowledgeable and very courtesy during the install process. They cleaned up thoroughly after the job and took the time to walk me through all the work that was done.

My a/c has not been cooling things down so I knew something was terribly wrong. I called The Comfort Authority because they had originally installed my a/c system in my house. They sent out the technician Glenn Betancourt to assess my issue. He found the issue pretty fast, a fried circuit board inside my air handler. He explained everything in detail and that they would need to order the circuit board to come in so he can follow up with the repair. He was very professional and to be honest, I have never had any issues on service with The Comfort Authority and would fully recommend this company.
