The Comfort Plan

All the techs at Comfort Authority are very courteous, thorough and professional. They never try to sell you something you don’t need and explain everything they’re going to do or have done. The entire staff from the reception/appointment bookers to the techs are all top shelf. I’ve been a customer of theirs since they opened and highly recommend Comfort Authority to anyone looking for an A/C company you can rely on. *Update 10/4/2024: Glenn came out today to address an issue I had with my A/C..diagnosed the issue, replaced the parts and couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. Comfort Authority staff continues to impress. 10/1/25 - Ura was out to check my unit due to it leaking. Gave my system a once-over, diagnosed my issue(faulty switch) and fixed it. Another fantastic experience. Extremely polite, thorough and explained every step. Hands down, the best A/C company in town. 5/28/26 - Tison was out for routine inspection. System is running great thanks to the Comfort Authority.

Gage was great. He communicated the time before he was coming out and arrived on time. He was immediately friendly and knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the problem fairly quickly as well as fix it fairly quickly and explain the pricing. The sad part is I already pay another company for monthly service and they weren’t available when I needed them most and it wasn’t until I was able to book your company, that they responded back apologizing and saying that they did have availability the same day that you guys were coming out but they were gonna be a 12-4pm window and I had you guys coming out fairly immediately so I told them no. Thank you for being available on such short notice and on a holiday to boot and sending out a friendly and knowledgeable technician like you did. I may have to consider switching to your monthly plan.

Comfort Authority made good on their promise to correct a problem without charge that I had with my AC. This happened after a routine maintenance check failed to uncover a problem. I would use them again since they take customer satisfaction seriously.

Good communication and explanation of what needs to be handled

My technician, Gage was prompt, courteous and well informed. He did an inspection to find the problem. He identified the issue and advised of the treatment plan needed to remediate the problem. He fixed my issue abd gave me other possible solutions to help keep this issue under control. Gage was pleasant and very helpful. Thank you for providing great service.

We had another great experience with The Comfort Authority. Ura was very professional and thorough and took the time to explain exactly what was going on with our HVAC issues. He made the repairs expediently, and he was a real pleasure to work with.

The worked performed was under warranty for parts and labor. So I paid nothing out of pocket. Both the plumbing inspector, Frank, and the A/C inspector, Tyson, were very professional and performed their inspections inside my home using foot covers to protect my flooring. I was very pleased with their visit and the time it took to repair the A/C.
