Excellent experience all around. The technician, Ura, was very professional and knowledgeable! I'll definitely recommend the company and him particularly!

Ura came to our house for our yearly maintenance. He included us in the entire process of evaluating how are system was working. He problem solved a couple issues and had our unit clean and working like it was brand new. We had been contemplating a whole home filtration system due to allergies for quite some time. He walked my husband through it and we chose to install it. He was able to do it that day and we can't believe the difference! I appreciated the way he listened to our needs and answered all our questions. I highly recommend this company and especially this technician!

Had a great experience with Gabe that came out to do my yearly service on my HVAC unit. Very professional and explained clearly to me what he would be doing before starting and showed me the issues I had and what he recommended. Then before leaving he went over everything he had done and shared further recommendations that I could think about if I wanted to do anything in the near future. Gabe was very friendly and thorough.

Five stars for Frank. He came out to quote a water heater issue and was exceptionally respectful and professional. What impressed me most was the level of detail he provided - full summary of findings, multiple options to choose from. He took the time to show me what parts of the job I could handle myself, while clearly explaining what he could do if I wanted a professional touch. Gave me the honest truth and was not trying to pressure me. Intelligent, transparent, and clearly values the customer very the sale. I highly recommend calling Comfort Authority before deciding on another plumber.
