My technician, Do U Ra Shon was prompt, courteous and well informed. He did a thorough inspection to find the problem. He identified the issue, lusted several options from most expensive to the leastmy for resolution. Ge was empathetic to my issue and webt above and beyond to get my issue resolved. I am appreciative of the level of professionalism, knowledge and concern shown by Do U Ra Shon. I am a long time customer and I am always pleased with the service.
