Alyssa is one hell of a technician she is just oriented to do the job right she checks everything leaves nothing to chance and does a job well done she definitely deserves more than five stars I'd give her 10 she's a great asset to your company if I was you I'd make sure to hang on to her cuz she makes everything all worthwhile because I was sweating my butt off in here and now this AC is working great!!

Alyssa provided excellent service. She accommodated my difficult schedule, showed up on time, diagnose the problem with my air-conditioning system and provide me with the available options. Furthermore, she went to the trouble to track down the warranty for this unit and found out that the parts were covered, saving me quite a bit of money. And if that were not enough, she is a terrific person and pleasant to work with.

Luis Menendez was quick and efficient. Very happy with the response time and customer service.

I’m adding to this review regarding new work dated 12.11.2024

The Comfort Authority really helped me out with a ventilation piping issue in a massive on-going renovation.

Peter, the team lead is articulate, highly intelligent and a great craftsman. He and I communicated effectively regarding numerous technical and code issues throughout the installation. The installation was challenging. The work is perfect.

Glenn came out for a scheduled annual system check. First rate service. Polite. Competent. Everything one could ask for.

Lous is the best! He’s a problem solver, digs in and gets it done. Living cool tonight.

Luis was our AC guy that came to our home? First off he was very professional, kind, and friendly.
He took care of everything, explained everything to us and cleaned up after himself
