Today, Glenn from The Comfort Authority came to my home to check an issue I was having with my AC unit, which was installed in August last year. He diagnosed the issue quickly, determinining it was a electronic circuit board issue in the guts of the air handler. New board ordered. As has been my experience with The Comfort Authority from the 'get go,' from sales, to install and follow-up service, it has been excellent. Glenn was professional, knowledgeable, and engaging, explaining what was going on. AC still working, cooling...getting the new board will make it more efficient. Thanks Glenn, and Comfort Authority.

Mike was right on time. He explained and showed me the problem. Also said that the uv lights needed to be replaced. He showed me the upper light was burned out and that it was causing mold. Also he got me on the protection plan to save from future issues and maintenance fees. Thanks Mike Kennedy you're a great representative for The Comfort Authority.
