We had a ceiling leak and are so thankful we stumbled upon this company! This was the second company we called for an estimate on replacing our duct system. The first quote gave us serious sticker shock. Derrick came out, and he was incredibly knowledgeable and informative. The price was very reasonable, and you could clearly tell the company cares about its customers more than just maximizing profit. The entire team worked professionally in some really tight spaces, yet they were friendly and obviously enjoyed what they do. Thank you for the amazing work—our A/C is now better than ever! We have been customers of Comfort Auth for 10 years. Met owner Steve when they did first install in single family. Excellent service and competitive pricing. Great on going service. In our townhome they did a new install and while it is clear that the company had grown the service design and pricing were all very good. Today's annual service by Eric was terrific. That has been true with all their tech's over the years. I think they are on to something---take good care of your customers! Brilliant to see in this day and age!
