Which HVAC System is Right For You?

Fantastic company, even better people! You can tell they are very professional, technicians who came seem to genuinely like the company, hence take personal pride in making sure the customer is happy/informed/heard. This was my second opinion call and I am glad I called. They fixed the AC same day (today) while the other company (yesterday) didn't do a full diagnostic and didn't catch what Ura noticed. Highly recommend asking for Ura, i'm sure they are all great, but I can only speak to Ura's service, care, integrity, patience, and wonderful mannerisms. I signed up for the membership (they also do plumbing maintenance), it makes sense to have someone competent & trustworthy take care of the HVAC. Even for a second opinion, call them, honestly, I don't see many companies run an honest business like this anymore (love that it's a family business). Well done 👏

Luis came over to fix my air conditioner yesterday and he did a fantastic job. He was very professional, and got the job done quickly and with a smile. I would highly recommend the Luis and the Comfort Authority if your air-conditioning needs repair.

Alyssa was great! She came out in a timely manner and cleaned and explained everything very thoroughly! Would definitely recommend requesting her to come out to do your services.

Gage was extremely professional, took his time to explain what he found, and what needed to be done. He corrected the issue and installed a replacement air purifier into our HVAC system. We definitely recommend comfort authority to any neighbors or friends.

Today Gage came out And did our maintenance on our HVAC unit was very professional very friendly gave me the appropriate recommendations to continue. The upkeep of my unit thanked me for maintaining the unit as well as I do advised me that he would return at the end of the year to do the end of the year inspection, but if I needed anything before then to give The office a call and they would come out and work on anything that I’m having issues with.

James Farley came out today to Inspect our plumbing and did a very thorough job of inspecting our faucets, gave appropriate recommendations for Us to consider in the future for Home upgrades. He performed our hot Water heater flush today. Extremely professional, very friendly would recommend him for anyone. It’s a very professional team.
