Other than washing my dog, I really can’t think of anything else these guys could have done to make me love them any more.
Their service, support, and professionalism were perfect. And since you don’t know me, random Yelp reader, let me draw you a picture. I run somewhere between an unmitigated misanthrope and your everyday, run-of-the-mill pessimist. And for good reason. I do a little real estate investing– fixing-and-flipping houses and own rental property. So I’ve had to deal with every type of trades guys you can think of. I’ve hired ’em. I’ve fired ’em. I’ve been screwed by ’em. And I’ve even sued ’em. So, when I say these guys were stellar, I’m really saying something here.
From my initial contact with the office staff, to the onsite evaluation (by James Thornsberry- a mechanical engineer), to the install techs (Peter & Shawn), to the onsite visit during the system swap by Steve (owner), to the online appointment confirmation & billing systems they use, to the follow-up call and visit, they exceeded all my expectations. Every other A/C company outta just shut their doors and go do something else.
